Hi there! We’re Christine and Joe – partners in both life and business, and the proud founders of The 32 Agency. Our journey began in 2023 when we launched our Virtual Assistant business under ChristineMurtaghCo. As our business evolved, we decided it was time for a fresh identity, and The 32 Agency was born – a dedicated space to help businesses thrive.

You might be wondering, why The 32 Agency? It’s a tribute to our roots. Christine is from Belfast, and Joe is from Dublin – two main cities on the island of Ireland. We wanted a name that represented both our heritage and our commitment to supporting Irish-founded businesses, with a global reach. From collaborations in Dublin, Belfast, New York, Dubai, and Vietnam, we’re passionate about helping entrepreneurs across the world.

Our story began in Vietnam, where we met while teaching English. But we quickly realized teaching wasn’t our true calling. We both sought something more fulfilling – a way to blend our skills and passions into something we could build together. That’s when our VA business came to life.
